Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Missoula, MT is seeking a Freight Coordinator to support our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will handle receiving and unpacking daily shipments, shipping merchandise, backroom upkeep, and routine cleaning of facilities, working closely with store management. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak holiday days.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against received shipments and ensure accuracy.
• Process alterations, layaways, or special orders via FedEx and communicate with guests.
• Maintain shipment paperwork and organize backroom areas for efficiency.
• Assist in stocking, shelving, and general store operations to support the Buckle Code of Ethics.
