Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. Freight Coordinator position supports our mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests.

It performs operations such as receiving and unpacking shipments, shipping merchandise, backroom maintenance, and routine facility cleaning under store management guidance. Tasks include verifying invoices, processing transfers, creating FedEx labels, and maintaining shipment paperwork in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against received shipments.
• Process alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx.
• Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Double-check that all transfers have been processed through the register and match what you are shipping out.
• Create FedEx labels for all outgoing packages and sort by transit time.
• Maintain shipment-related paperwork and organize backroom storage.
