Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Freight Coordinator in Indiana to support store operations, shipments, backroom upkeep, and daily cleaning tasks. You will assist with receiving and unpacking shipments, shipping products, organizing fixtures, and maintaining a tidy work area to ensure smooth store performance.

The role requires flexibility in scheduling, knowledge of POS software, and adherence to company policies while delivering excellent guest service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: verify shipments, communicate alterations or special orders to Guests, check freight packing slips, ensure items match shipping out, and properly box items for presentation.
• Visual Merchandise Management: remove pins and plastics, apply Sensormatic tags, hang and fold merchandise, and assist on floor projects.
• Operations: maintain flexible schedule, learn POS software, handle freight/transfer receipts, manage shipment paperwork, monitor security, create FedEx labels, process recalls/RTVs weekly, keep supplies stocked, organize fixtures, maintain a neat workspace, and report policy violations timely.
