Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Farmington, UT is seeking a part-time Freight Coordinator to support receiving, shipping, and backroom maintenance. You will verify shipment accuracy, process transfers, and maintain shipment records while delivering friendly service to Guests and team members.

Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule including holidays. Training on POS software will be provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against received shipments to ensure accuracy.
• Process alterations, layaways, or special orders and route to Guests via FedEx.
• Ensure freight packing slips and transfer slips are accurate and match items shipped.
• Prepare items for shipping, selecting appropriate box sizes for presentation.
• Maintain and organize backroom, fixtures, and shelving to support merchandising.
• Operate and develop knowledge of POS software to complete transactions and record shipments.
