Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against items received to ensure shipments are correct.
• Send alterations, layaways, or special orders to guests via FedEx.
• Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Double-check transfers are processed through the register and match shipped items.
• Prepare and package items for guests and store transfers.
• Maintain shipment-related paperwork.
