Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule freight shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status.
• Track and monitor shipments; resolve delays or service issues.
• Maintain accurate shipping records, documentation, and transportation reports.
• Verify freight charges, rates, and delivery information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
• Assist in optimizing transportation routes and logistics processes.
• Operate forklifts as necessary.
