Job summary

Bray International, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Associate to coordinate freight shipments and maintain accurate shipping records. You will communicate with carriers and internal teams, track deliveries, and resolve delays to ensure on-time performance.

The role requires forklift operation experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Overtime may be required; sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or 5+ years of experience.
  • 2+ years' experience performing warehouse and materials handling, inventory management, forklift/power equipment operation, and shipping/receiving duties.
  • Experienced with standard functions within MS Office applications such as: MS Outlook, Excel, Access, etc. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve and remain highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Possess strong work ethic.
  • Available to work overtime hours when needed.

Shift:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. Additional overtime may be required. Shifts typically range from 8–12 hours, with potential overtime on Saturdays.

  • Flexible, self-starter hands-on, attention to detail. Outstanding time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must be proficient in customer service and possess the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
