Displays2Go is seeking a Domestic Logistics Coordinator in Fall River, MA to support transportation and supply chain operations. You will track shipments, communicate with carriers and vendors, and manage freight processes from start to finish.

Displays2Go is seeking a motivated DomesticLogistics Coordinator to support transportation and supply chain operations.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, communicating with vendors and carriers, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in logistics, parcel and freight transportation, ecommerce customer facing supply chain, parcel and freight transportation auditingwho is looking to continue growing their career in logistics.

We're willing to train the right person on freight claims, carrier management, and other transportation-related processes but a foundation with parcel, LTL, Volume and White Glove rates and services is a must.

What You'll Do

• Problem solver between our customer and our carriers.
• Track shipments and assist with delivery issue resolution
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
• Be responsible for filing and managingfreight claims and customer return processes
• Working with our freight invoice audit company to review all modes of freight invoices and research discrepancies
• Maintain transportation records and documentation
• Manage parcel and freight quotesand transportation cost analysis
• Help identify opportunities to improve service and operational efficiency
• Take ownership of issues and see them through resolution

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, parcel and freight transportation, shipping, and supply chain,
• Experience with shipping and logistics for parcel and freight transportation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with carriers, vendors, transportation providers, or freight companies.
• Experience using ERP, WMS, TMS, or similar systems
• Experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, or XLOOKUP
• Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
