You will manage routing with freight carriers and keep retail portals updated, acting as a key link between order management, customer logistics, and distribution centers.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Three or more years of logistics, traffic planning, or customer service in consumer goods.
• Knowledge of order fulfillment, routing, and distribution processes.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate shipments (FTL/LTL) to meet customer expectations.
• Provide order status updates and address shipment inquiries promptly.
• Inform customers of incoming shipments and prepare for receipt.
• Serve as primary contact for designated accounts or channels.
• Facilitate communication among customers, account managers, and internal teams.
• Analyze load plans, oversee PO fulfillment, and ensure efficient practices.
• Utilize SAP/EWM or similar software for distribution management.
• Generate monthly logistics reports and other requested insights.
• Maintain up-to-date process and communication documents per account.
• Stay informed about product lines to address inquiries effectively.
• Support logistics and fulfillment operations with additional duties as needed.
