Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years in logistics, traffic planning, and/or customer service.
• Knowledge of sales fulfillment and support functions.
• Experience with ERP solutions such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of product shipments to meet customer expectations for FTL and LTL.
• Provide updates on order status and address shipment inquiries promptly.
• Inform customers about incoming shipments and readiness for receipt.
• Serve as primary contact for designated accounts and resolve issues via analysis.
• Facilitate communication between customers, account managers, and internal teams.
• Manage order processing tasks including load plans and PO fulfillment.
• Utilize SAP/EWM or similar software for distribution and logistics activities.
• Generate and distribute monthly logistics performance reports as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation for each account.
