Buckle is seeking a Freight Coordinator in Hutchinson, KS to handle incoming and outgoing shipments, backroom maintenance, and routine store cleanliness. This part-time role supports store operations, processes shipments, and uses POS software to verify deliveries.

Flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends and holiday periods is required. The position emphasizes customer service and teamwork while ensuring accurate packaging, labeling, and compliance with store policies.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Compare and verify merchandise invoices to items received to ensure shipments are correct.
• Send alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx.
• Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Double-check that all transfers have been processed through the register and that items match what you are shipping out.
• Make FedEx labels for all packages being sent out and sort packages by required shipment transit time.
