Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against items received to ensure shipments are correct.
• Process alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx.
• Ensure accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Double-check transfers and shipments match.
• Assemble items for shipping and package presentation.
• Tag merchandise and prepare it for the floor.
• Maintain POS knowledge and operate POS software.
• Manage shipment paperwork and RTV processes weekly.
