The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Freight Coordinator in Lexington, KY to support store operations by receiving and unpacking daily shipments, shipping merchandise, maintaining backrooms, and keeping facilities clean and organized.

Responsibilities include verifying invoices, coordinating FedEx shipments, and ensuring proper packaging. This full-time role requires flexibility for varied schedules and a focus on guest service and store efficiency.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Compare and verify merchandise invoices to items received to ensure shipments are correct.
• Send alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx.
• Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Double-check transfers have been processed through the register and that items match what you are shipping out.
• When shipping items to Guests and other stores, fold items and place in appropriate sized box for proper presentation of product when unpacked.
