Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against items received and ensure shipments are correct.
• Process Alterations, layaways, or special orders to guests via FedEx.
• Ensure accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Prepare shipments for guests and other stores by properly folding items and boxing.
• Remove pins and plastic from shipped merchandise and apply Sensormatic tags.
• Hang and fold merchandise for the sales floor and steam when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) software.
• Maintain shipment-related paperwork and organize backroom supplies.
