Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing structures, tariffs, and freight charges.
• Review cost allocations and surcharges across multiple products.
• Conduct operational audits and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and propose actions to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
• Translate requirements into operational and system solutions.
• Train users and support process adoption.
• Manage large volumes of operational data using Excel.
