CEVA Logistics is seeking a Business Process Excellence Specialist to support our Freight Forwarding Operations across the United States and Canada. This role is ideal for logistics professionals who combine strong operational expertise with advanced analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

As part of our North America team, you will analyze complex pricing structures, customer and supplier tariffs, operational charges, and business processes across multiple freight products. You will work closely with Pricing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to improve efficiency, ensure process compliance, and enhance customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Analyze customer and supplier tariffs, pricing structures, and freight charges.
• Review how operational costs and surcharges are applied across multiple freight products.
• Conduct operational audits and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and proactively recommend actions to increase process effectiveness.
• Support regional stakeholders across Mexico, US and Canada.
• Translate business requirements into operational and system-related solutions.
• Train users and provide ongoing support for process adoption and best practices.
• Manage and analyze large volumes of operational data using advanced Excel tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Freight Forwarding, including Ocean and Air Import/Export operations.
• Strong understanding of multi-product logistics environments.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Advanced Excel expertise and data analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and international logistics processes.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused and proactive approach.
• CargoWise knowledge is a plus.
