Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods in Sioux Falls is seeking a Freight Flow Lead to act as the in-store expert for the department, ensuring brand standards and a top-tier teammate experience. You will coordinate daily work plans, delegate tasks, and coach teammates to deliver outstanding service while maintaining safety and compliance.

You’ll partner with store leaders to forecast needs, train new hires, and support the front-end and sales operations to create a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours).

Responsibilities

• Leads by example to support the store vision and goals.
• Coaches teammates and provides on-the-job training.
• Plans daily assignments and coordinates workforce with management guidance.
