Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales experience or customer-focused experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–50 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 4 hours at a time.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. intermittently with assistance.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or lift.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store execution of brand standards and teammate experience.
• Direct and coach teammates; serve as immediate point of contact and coach.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding; build a strong team.
• Plan 30 days out with ASM/SM; align workforce for daily tasks and events.
• Delegate tasks based on priority; ensure programs and procedures are followed.
