Job summary

World Market is hiring an Assistant Manager: Freight Flow in Cincinnati. You will lead daily freight processing, coach a team, and ensure stockroom and visual standards are maintained to support sales and profitability.

You will partner with the Store Manager to prioritize tasks, manage inventory, and uphold safety and Loss Prevention policies while delivering a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to deliver customer-focused service and achieve operational results.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coach associates in the moment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store logistic processes and daily freight flow priorities in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Coach and develop a high-performance team while upholding company standards and policies.
• Maintain stockroom organization, visual standards, and inventory controls.
• Use reporting to identify trends and drive action to improve sales and efficiency.
• Ensure a safe work environment with ongoing safety training and accountability.
