Expeditors in Carson, CA is seeking a Distribution Customer Service Specialist to manage end-to-end freight coordination, billing processes, and client communications. The role supports accurate shipment processing and data management while ensuring high standards of service.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a compensation range of USD 19–28 per hour. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States and able to work at the Carson location.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include a high school diploma and ability to pass background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to report to Carson, CA.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to support business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process orders accurately with data entry and documentation for receiving/shipping activities.
• Coordinate container drayage and communicate with service providers to ensure timely freight movement.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Collectively ensure accurate client and vendor billing.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and government regulations.
