Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years dispatch experience in trucking, transportation, or intermodal logistics.
• Working knowledge of CBP, FMCSA and applicable transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pickup and delivery of freight between customers, warehouses, terminals and other facilities.
• Schedule loads, monitor shipment progress and ensure timely service.
• Monitor Hours of Service and ensure compliance with FMCSA and other regulations.
• Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams and resolve transportation issues.
