ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking a clerical and customer service assistant for our Salt Lake City service center. You will support daily operations, handle administrative tasks, and communicate with customers and management to ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight.

Experience in transportation preferred. Strong data entry and MS Office skills valued. This hourly position is paid weekly, with Teamsters wages and health benefits, sick leave and pension options.

Formación

• Experience in the transportation industry preferred.
• Experience in billing, collections, tracing, ten-key and OS&D.
• Good typing/data entry and clerical skills preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must be able to follow instructions and procedures.
• Must be organized and able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Must manage time efficiently and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
• Must be willing to work evenings and on an as-needed basis.
