ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, seeks a clerical and customer service associate for its Port Reading service center in New Jersey. You will handle daily administrative tasks, billings support, and customer communications in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customers and management to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and accurate data entry; prior transportation or billing experience is preferred, with strong communication and multi-tasking abilities

Competenze

• Experience in the transportation industry preferred.
• Experience in billing, collections, tracing, ten-key and OS&D.
• Good typing/data entry and clerical skills preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.
• Must follow instructions and be organized with multitasking.
