Job summary

ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking a clerical/administrative assistant to join our service center team in Olathe, KS.

The role involves regular customer communication, coordinating pickups/deliveries, and performing data entry and MS Office tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in the transportation industry preferred.
• Experience in billing, collections, tracing, ten-key and OS&D.
• Good typing and data entry, preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Follow instructions and procedures.
• Be organized and able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Manage time efficiently and work with urgency to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work evenings and on an as-needed basis.
