Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in transportation, freight brokerage, supply chain, logistics, or account management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own brokerage operational performance and profitability outcomes.
• Drive year-over-year improvements in margin, cost control, and productivity.
• Lead carrier sourcing and procurement aligned to business strategy.
• Deliver service at the lowest sustainable landed cost.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes.
