The ideal candidate will understand carrier networks, supply chains, and freight market dynamics, with the ability to drive strategic partnerships and cost-effective solutions across operations, sales, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Motivated, results-oriented with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of carrier capacity and network capabilities.
• Align with customers’ supply chains and service requirements.
• Lead carrier prospecting, onboarding, negotiations, and relationship management.
• Serve as primary escalation point for carrier issues with 24/7 accountability.
• Maintain communication with carriers and internal teams via phone queues.
• Support and enforce brokerage SOPs and protocols.
• Manage carrier costs with short- and long-term strategies.
• Participate in on-call rotations including after-hours and weekends.
