Qualifications

• No experience is necessary; we provide training to be a freight broker.
• Motivated candidates seeking a career in Supply Chain Management.
• Computer and communication skills are essential drivers for success.
• Proven communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
• Knowledge of TL transportation terms helps performance.
• Customer service experience and professional vendor communication are important.
• Computer experience: MS Office and ability to learn proprietary software.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Carrier relations, and act as liaison for TL sales manager.
• Research and resolve issues regarding freight and billing related to shipments.
• Daily communication with customers and vendors.
• Track & trace shipments daily.
• Schedule pick-up & delivery appointments.
• Manage 3 to 5 million dollars in revenue per year.
