Job summary

Maersk is hiring for a freight broker role in Charlotte, NC. The position focuses on carrier relations, shipment tracking, and customer/vendor communication in a high-paced environment.

Training will equip you with the tools to manage freight, billing issues, and revenue flow while supporting TL sales and logistics operations. We seek motivated individuals who can adapt, work as a team, learn quickly, and contribute to client success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Carrier relations, and act as liaison for TL sales manager.
• Research and resolve issues regarding freight and billing related to shipments.
• Daily communication with customers and vendors.
• Track & trace shipments daily.
• Schedule pick-up & delivery appointments.
• Manage 3 to 5 million dollars in revenue per year.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $55,000.00 annual + incentive! *The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
