Job summary

Edge Logistics is seeking a high-performing Freight Broker to join our Customer Sales team in Scottsdale. You’ll prospect, qualify, and close new business while delivering superior transportation management solutions across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, negotiate competitive quotes, and collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional service. If you’re competitive, results-driven, and passionate about growing revenue, we want to talk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of 3PL sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Self-starter, competitive, and highly motivated to succeed.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
