Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience.
• Basic freight rate knowledge; strong spreadsheet and analytical skills.
• Ability to read financial reports and communicate with customers.

Responsabilités

• Review weekly freight bills for assigned clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with freight bills in an audit status.
• Process weekly/monthly invoices to customers.
• Communicate directly with customers for issues.
• Interact with carrier personnel as needed.
