Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the transportation andlogisticsindustry.Hands-on experience working within a Transportation Management System (TMS).Experience in a 4PL environment andexperiencewithMercuryGateis strongly preferred.Strong understanding of carrier invoices, customer requirements, freight audit and pay processes, and transportation documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), and rate confirmations.Intermediateproficiencyin Microsoft Excel.Ability toidentifyand resolve billing discrepancies whilemaintainingaccuratefinancial records.Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.Ability to manage a high volume of transactions, prioritize competing demands, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across Operations, Account Management,Accounting, customers, and carrier partners.Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability toidentifyopportunities tooptimizeTMS workflows, strengthen processes, and improve financial accuracy.
