Qualifications

• 1-3 years of job-related experience in freight audit, accounts payable, transportation billing, or logistics operations.
• Experience in the Building Materials industry preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Verify and audit freight invoices for accuracy.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
• Review accounting and logistic processes.
• Communicate to negotiate settlements.
• Verify receipt, price and quantity of all products.
• Obtain quotes for external bulk products.
• Upload approved rates into SAP.
• Collaborate on setting up new contracts in SAP.
• Upload weekly and monthly fuel expenses into SAP.
• Review audit processes to enhance efficiency.
• Act as a point of contact for freight inquiries.
