Job summary

Performance Food Group's PFG Customized Distribution is seeking candidates for a warehouse role at Elkton, MD. You will select cases and containerized items, load pallets, and prepare orders for shipment using electric pallet jacks and forklifts.

The position offers a Day shift (9:30 AM start), five-day work week, and a starting wage of $19.57 per hour plus incentives and a $2,500 welcome bonus. Benefits start Day 1 with comprehensive coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly.
• Capable of lifting 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Must pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified during training period.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from rack storage.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and move to shipping dock staging area.
• Wrap, label and prepare orders for shipment with safety compliance.
• Follow safety policies, inspect equipment, and maintain cleanliness.
• Perform duties to support efficient product flow and team goals.
