Job summary

Simmons Foods is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily distribution operations. You will read and apply WMS instructions, pull and stage orders, and verify pallet counts for carrier handoff. The role requires attention to accuracy, adherence to safety practices, and data entry into the WMS system.

Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds and working in freezer environments. Experience in a warehouse or freezer setting is preferred, along with basic MS Office skills and familiarity

Qualifications

• 1-2 warehouse experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Working knowledge of WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and apply WMS order instructions.
• Pull orders accurately as assigned.
• Stage orders according to carrier location and verify pallets.
• Prepare receiving, storage and shipping documentation.
• Enter data into WMS computer systems.
