Job summary
85C Bakery Cafe is seeking Warehouse Personnel to join our Kent, WA team. This entry-level, full-time role supports daily shipping, receiving and freezer operations in a fast-paced bakery environment.
You will operate a forklift, handle up to 50 pounds, and collaborate with food manufacturing teams. Weekend/holiday shifts are required; prior logistics or freezer experience is a plus, and a high school diploma is required.
Qualifications
- Must be able to operate a forklift and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience shipping and receiving in a warehouse.
- Comfortable working in a -10F freezer environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage shifting priorities.
- Strong communication and basic leadership capabilities.
- Experience in a food manufacturing or freezer setting is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including shipping and receiving.
- Operate forklift and move goods safely within the facility.
- Handle goods in a -10F freezer environment per SOPs.
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet deadlines.
- Support logistics and inventory control procedures.
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards in the warehouse.
