85C Bakery Cafe is seeking Warehouse Personnel to join our Kent, WA team. This entry-level, full-time role supports daily shipping, receiving and freezer operations in a fast-paced bakery environment.

You will operate a forklift, handle up to 50 pounds, and collaborate with food manufacturing teams. Weekend/holiday shifts are required; prior logistics or freezer experience is a plus, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a forklift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience shipping and receiving in a warehouse.
• Comfortable working in a -10F freezer environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage shifting priorities.
• Strong communication and basic leadership capabilities.
• Experience in a food manufacturing or freezer setting is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily warehouse operations including shipping and receiving.
• Operate forklift and move goods safely within the facility.
• Handle goods in a -10F freezer environment per SOPs.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with warehouse team to meet deadlines.
• Support logistics and inventory control procedures.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in the warehouse.

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting and use of heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and blast freezers.
