85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking Warehouse Personnel in Union City, CA to support daily logistics operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and handling heavy items up to 50 pounds with safety in mind.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: High School Diploma Required.
Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or related field is preferred.
Be able to work weekends and have a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Must know how to operate a forklift.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Shipping and Receiving.
Able to go in and out of a -10F Freezer.
Ability to work with tight deadlines and meet new and changing demands.
Ability to identify the vision and produce goals with realistic plans to achieve them.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to provide leadership.
Experience in a food manufacturing environment and/or freezer preferred.
Available to work during weekends and holidays.
