Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a detailed Freezer Operator for the 2nd shift to support our fast-paced dessert production in Colorado. You will manage WIP inventory, ensure proper freezing and safety compliance, and perform daily cycle counts to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in either English or Spanish.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Comfortable working in a freezer environment and following strict safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Count work-in-process product from production to WIP Freezer.
• Ensure product is covered, stored properly and tracked by qty and location.
• Conduct daily cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Stage WIP product for operations.
• Track qty in and out of the WIP Freezer.
• Maintain quality control; no damaged product allowed into freezer.
• Operate within SOPs and safely use pallet jacks.
• Complete shift logs for product in/out of WIP freezer.
• Keep work area clean at all times andlock out equipment when not in use.
• Understand SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices for safe production.
