Base pay: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr. Location: 8340 W Mcdowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85037.

Job Summary

Join Sam’s Club as a Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate. Keep shelves stocked, maintain sanitary conditions, and provide excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality products are stored correctly, temperature controlled, and expired dates verified.
• Stock shelves, pack ready-to-sell items, and maintain organized displays.
• Keep the work area clean, sanitized, and member‑ready.
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, and handle hazardous materials safely.
• Assist members with locating merchandise, provide deli services, and resolve concerns.
• Follow company policies on food handling, cold chain procedures, and equipment maintenance.
• Complete required audits, documentation, and reporting of issues.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate with members and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
