Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Join Sam's Club as a Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate and be part of a team that keeps shelves stocked and provides members with fresh, high‑quality products.

Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary

Sam’s Club members love shopping for fresh food because of our hard‑working, customer‑focused associates. As a freezer, cooler and deli stocker you will maintain the appearance, safety and sanitary conditions of our freezers, coolers and deli area, ensuring products are ready for members. You will provide excellent customer service and help create a great shopping experience.

What you will do

• Ensure high‑quality products are stored, displayed and maintained for members.
• Keep shelves clean, verify temperature control, check expiration dates and dispose of lower‑quality items.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell items in proper containers and arrange stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and member‑ready area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety by following all standards, procedures and guidelines.
• Support sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area following company policies.
• Provide member service by identifying needs, locating merchandise and assisting purchasing decisions.
• Adhere to food‑handling policies, repair and sanitize equipment, and follow cold‑chain procedures.
