Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Join Sam’s Club as a Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate. You will keep our freezers and deli shelves stocked and customer-ready, ensuring high product quality and excellent member service.

Base pay range – $18.00/hr to $25.00/hr

What you’ll do

• Stock, pack, and display ready-to-sell products in the freezer, cooler, and deli area.
• Maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality or damaged items.
• Keep shelves clean, organized, and fully merchandised, applying signage, pricing, and product placement guidelines.
• Provide courteous member service and assist customers with deli product selection and purchasing decisions.
• Follow food handling, cold chain, and safety procedures, including cleaning equipment and monitoring freezer/cooler fans and drains.

Minimum qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Experience or strong interest in grocery or food service stocking and customer service.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience stocking freezers, coolers, or deli products.
• Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly to different work scenarios.
