Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Base pay: $19.00/hr - $26.00/hr. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience.

Position Summary

Our members love fresh food at Sam’s Club because of our hardworking, customer‑focused associates. In this role you maintain the operations and sanitary conditions of freezers and coolers, keep shelves stocked, and provide friendly front‑line service in the deli.

Responsibilities

• Stock and manage products in freezer, cooler, and deli areas.
• Ensure product quality: check expiration dates, maintain temperature control, handle packaging and display.
• Keep shelves clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Provide member service in the deli: greet customers, locate merchandise, assist with purchases, and resolve issues.
• Perform safety sweeps, maintain proper forklift spotting and hazardous material handling.
• Complete required audits, paperwork, logs and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with stocking and customer service (preferred).
• Strong member‑satisfaction focus.
