Job summary

JETTA CORPORATION seeks a Freestanding Production Lead to coordinate daily workflow across Solid Surface, Glassing, Bonding, and Finishing operations. You will provide technical guidance, hands-on leadership, and training to the production team, ensuring quality and safety while resolving routine issues.

You will mentor operators, reinforce procedures, and escalate when needed, maintaining production schedules and promoting continuous improvement in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in multiple Freestanding Production operations.
• Previous experience training or mentoring team members preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of Freestanding Production processes.
• Ability to operate production equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow across Freestanding Production operations.
• Provide hands-on leadership and cross-train teammates.
• Identify bottlenecks and communicate delays.
• Promote a culture of quality and safety.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between the team and Freestanding Manager.
