The role requires HS Diploma or GED and dependable attendance, with experience in handling production tools and reading/work instructions. This position is on site in Pensacola, FL, and involves maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the production area.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with required tools for the production process is required.
• Ability to read, understand, and convey work instructions to team members is required.
• Proven dependability, performance, and attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support team members to meet production schedules.
• Ensure adherence to SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
• Meet with manager daily for schedule and updates.
• Train team members on current work instructions.
• Perform quality inspections and correct issues before passing to next dept.
• Complete necessary paperwork daily and maintain tools.
• Maintain cleanliness of production area and inventory as required.
• Report HR issues to management immediately.
