Qualifications
- Must obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 30 days.
- Must obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days.
- Must obtain Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course within 6 months.
- Must obtain Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 6 months.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities
- Ensure high quality, patient-centered care.
- Assists with admission and discharge processes.
- Participates in quality assessment of patient care.
- Collaborates with managers for teamwork and improved outcomes.
- Supports patient-first philosophy.
- Recommends training and development of staff.
