Qualifications

• Two years of clinical registered nursing experience.
• RN license valid in Florida or a Compact State.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff schedules, assignments, and workloads to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, review patient progress, and address concerns to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure nursing practices align with hospital protocols, regulations, and safety standards.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and ongoing education to nursing staff to improve skills and adherence to best practices.
• Work closely with physicians, department heads, and support staff to facilitate patient care and address operational issues.
• Manage nursing supplies, equipment, and budget resources to maintain operational efficiency.
