NoGood, a NYC-based growth-empowered agency, is forming a flexible Creator Network for client UGC projects. This is not a fixed-time or influencer posting role; you’ll work on accounts where strategy and performance matter, remotely across brands and industries.

Ideal candidates are freelance creators with 1+ year of video content experience, comfortable on camera, and proficient in Premiere Pro or Final Cut. Remote collaboration with global brands is common.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of social video content creation experience.
• On-camera presence and effective communication.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
• Fluent with TikTok, Instagram and YouTube formats.
• Strong sense of composition, pacing and storytelling.
• Reliable, meets deadlines and communicates proactively.
• Coachable and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form social video end-to-end: scripting, filming, editing, iteration.
• Appear on-camera as the face of content for client brands.
• Mine long-form content for social moments and adapt to formats.
• Maintain high production value across all formats.
• Follow briefs while bringing your own creative POV.
• Collaborate with strategists to guide content direction.
• Ensure alignment with client goals before delivery.
