NoGood, a NYC-based premium AI-enabled growth agency, is building a Creator Network for UGC projects. Once you join, we’ll reach out on projects that match your skills and style. This is not an influencer or “just post content” role.

You’ll work on client accounts where strategy, brand alignment and performance matter, with a flexible, project-based schedule. Ideal candidates are freelance creators or building their personal brands, eager to diversify portfolios across brands and industries

Qualifications

• 1+ year creating social video content (freelance, personal projects or brand work).
• On-camera: able to appear naturally and be the face of content.
• Edit your own work; proficient in Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
• Platform fluency: TikTok, Instagram and YouTube understanding.
• Production fundamentals: good eye for composition, pacing, hooks and storytelling.
• Reliability: consistent quality output, meets deadlines, proactive communication.
• Coachability: open to feedback and committed to doing strong work for client brands.

Responsibilities

• Video Creation: end-to-end short-form video from scripting to filming to editing to iteration.
• Appear on-camera as the face of content and deliver direct-to-camera storytelling.
• Mine long-form content for social moments and adapt for platform formats.
• Execute with high production value: pacing, sound design, storytelling across formats.
• Follow creative briefs while bringing your own creative POV.
• Collaboration: work with strategists, apply feedback, and align content with client goals.
