Job summary

You will collaborate with factories and overseas partners to address fit, construction, quality, and execution issues, while maintaining documentation and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Design or related field.
• 3–5+ years of technical design experience across all apparel categories.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, grading, and fit development.
• Experience with fabric performance and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical design support across all apparel categories.
• Create and maintain tech packs, graded specs, BOMs, and fit docs in Excel.
• Assist fittings with clear fit comments for consistency, quality, and commercialization.
• Evaluate samples for size range accuracy and consistency.
• Communicate with factories and overseas partners on fit, construction, quality, and execution.
• Maintain standards across product categories and update technical docs.
• Manage multiple styles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide additional technical support based on customer and business needs.
