24 Seven Talent is seeking a freelance Social Media Coordinator to grow the digital presence of a golf and lifestyle personality. You will own day-to-day content creation, publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and related platforms, and help build authentic voice and brand identity.

You will transform footage and photos into platform-ready content, manage content calendars, track performance, and collaborate directly with the founder on upcoming initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media for a brand or public figure.
• Strong copywriting in a recognizable, personality-driven voice.
• Experience editing short-form video and using social media publishing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day social media content and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and curate content that feels authentic to the founder's personality, interests, and brand identity.
• Help build content calendars, coordinate scheduling, and maintain a consistent social presence.
• Transform existing video footage, photography, and other creative assets into compelling, platform-specific content.
• Identify emerging trends, new platform features, and relevant conversations across golf, travel, lifestyle, and creator culture.
• Engage with followers, monitor community interactions, and support audience growth.
• Review social performance metrics and recommend opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
• Partner directly with the founder to brainstorm content concepts and align on upcoming initiatives.
